Please be aware that access to ServiceDesk Plus (https://servicedesk.rezidor.com/) is now restricted to VPN users and those connected to the RHAB network directly.
Hence it is no longer possible to access ServiceDesk Plus externally/via the internet.
Should you require VPN access, please initially contact your PeopleSearch Administrator to help arrange this.
Connect to VPN and restart your browser in order to access ServiceDesk.
